I loved the older lady who served me, my husband and my a year old son. She was very kind to us and especially to my son. She brought him a cup of soup and she understood how hard it is to have a baby and have a dinner at the restaurant. I felt bad when my son started scream and whine but nobody there was shaming us.
I always get their Teriyaki chicken. Their teriyaki chicken is so good. It's not like cubed up chicken you always see at teriyaki place nor the just sweet slimy teriyaki sauce. It's more flavorful and a little tangy? and it comes with steamed cabbages. I love this combination!!! It was so big I had to take half home and it was still good next day too!!
I'll definitely come back or order through GrabHub. -

It's very hard to find great Asian food in north/ northeast Portland. This place is not horrible, but not the at the top. I have visited this place after the grand opening and a few months later. The ambience is nice, and it has a decent patio. It's a mom and pop business. One thing I notice was that the cook staff smoke a lot near the front of the building by the front doors and the patio which is an issue when your an asthmatic like myself and I believe there is a 10 feet smoking restriction from business/ building, unless I'm wrong. The food is okay, portions are descent, I do see the same orange sauce on a lot of there dishes, the sauce seems unnatural with too much orange food coloring. Language may be a barrier, we were given food we didn't order, but they were nice enough to take them away and not charge us for them.
Unfortunately my recommendation are located in SE Portland, HK café for dim sum and other Asian dishes, OMS sea food that has been renamed Phenix sea food. -

Have been looking for a place to find some simple, delicious Chinese food and here it is. Lunch specials around $8-$10 and come with fried rice and crab puff or egg roll.
Lemon chicken was good - lots of breading on the chicken. Glad they put the lemon sauce on the side as I was getting it to go. The egg roll was soggy inside so not cooked long enough. It tasted like frozen egg rolls too - no thanks
The chicken and broccoli also had onions and carrots so lots of veggies. The crab puff that came with this lunch was the better option of the choice. Fried rice was great - no onions!
I'll be back - it's close to work and quick. Easy to find parking nearby. -

Dang, no pics cuz I ate it ALL!
Great Asian cuisine, exactly what I'm looking for when I'm hangry- craving "Chinese" food. I ordered thru grub-hub, was timely, and huge portions. Got a classic mixture of Lo Mein noodles, General Tso's, Egg Rolls, Egg drop soup, Pork Fried Rice, and Crab Wontons...everything was perfect and decently priced. I had 4-5 meals out of all of that. No better leftovers than Chinese food! Would definitely eat here again and again!
